Welcome to Tishjauna Renee’ Lipgloss. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, Tishjauna Renee’ Lipgloss LLC, and any products or services offered through the site.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use our website.

Use of Website
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website. You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Products and Services
We offer cosmetics products, specifically lip gloss and related items. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in US Currency and payments must be made in full before shipping.
4. 
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship within 3-5 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. We Ship all of our orders  via USPS/UPS/FedEx. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has processed
5. 
Returns and Refunds
All sales are Final. We only accept returns for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. In the unlikel even tthat a product arrived damaged, contact our Customer Support email (trjcreationz@gmail.com) within 48 hours of the delivery date. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is placed and sent out. If a replacement item is (Limited items, Collections etc) is not available, we will refund full retail price.
